📜TRANSFER LICENSE AGREEMENT: This license grants limited rights for small businesses to sell physical transfers using my original designs. 📌 LICENSE HOLDER INFORMATION Name: Customer’s Name Business Name: Your Small Business Name Date Issued: Date of Purchase from Etsy Design(s) Covered: Etsy Order # + Design Title 📜 WHAT THIS LICENSE ALLOWS: This Transfer License grants the license holder permission to: - Use the licensed PNG design(s) to create physical transfers only (such as DTF, sublimation, or screen print transfers). - Sell up to 250 physical transfers per design. - Use for small business purposes only — businesses must have 2 or fewer full-time employees. Transfers may be sold to customers for use on: - T-shirts - Tote bags - Mugs - Other handmade or locally produced physical items 🚫 WHAT THIS LICENSE DOES NOT ALLOW – Even with this license, the license holder may NOT: - Sell the design file(s) in any digital format - Use the design for Print-on-Demand (POD) services like Printful, Redbubble, Teespring, etc. - Mass-produce the design (no runs over 250 units without a separate extended license) - Alter, recolor, or claim the artwork as your own - Share or redistribute the original PNG in any form 🔄 NEED TO EXTEND YOUR LICENSE: If you plan to sell more than 250 transfers or want to use the design for other commercial applications, please contact me to purchase an Extended Use License. 💖 THANK YOU!
