📜LICENSE AGREEMENT: This license grants limited rights for small businesses to make physical products using fabric with my original designs. 📌 LICENSE HOLDER INFORMATION Name: Customer’s Name Business Name: Your Small Business Name Date Issued: Date of Purchase from Etsy Design(s) Covered: Etsy Order # + Design Title 🧵 Fabric Shop License Terms For use with Written in Reverie Co. designs. By purchasing a design from Written in Reverie Co. and operating a fabric shop, you agree to the following additional terms: ✅ What You Can Do - Use the file to create physical fabric, printed in-house or via a local print service. - Sell fabric by the yard or in bundles as long as it features your original arrangement (e.g., no full-bleed resale of the design file as-is). - Use the file to create custom-designed fabric products (e.g., blankets, scrunchies, baby items) as part of your own handmade offerings. ❌ What You Cannot Do - No uploading to print-on-demand or mass-production platforms like Spoonflower, Printify, Printful, Redbubble, etc. without a proper license. - No selling fabric yardage through third-party fulfillment or wholesale operations. - No sublicensing the file for other fabric sellers or digital use. - Do not resell, redistribute, or share the design file itself. ⚠️ Licensing Conditions - This add-on license covers up to 250 yards of fabric printed per design. - For higher volumes or factory-level production, you must request an extended commercial license. - This license is intended for small shops with 2 or fewer full-time employees. 🔄 NEED TO EXTEND YOUR LICENSE: If you plan to sell more than 250 yards or want to use the design for other commercial applications, please contact me to purchase an Extended Use License. 💖 THANK YOU!
